However, for the interest of justice, I am passing the order disposing of the writ petition by directing the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Hooghly being respondent No. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2019 pending before him, claiming for higher scale of pay, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 7993 of 2019 is disposed of.
