Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. The petitioners are being proceeded against in view of the subscription of the petitioners to a particular political ideology.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim received injuries out of explosive substances. He refers to the injury report of the victims and to the statement of the eye-witnesses implicating the petitioners.

Considering the statements of the eye-witnesses implicating the petitioners, and considering the fact that the victim received bomb injuries and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the

petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 2197 of 2022 is dismissed.
