The said period of parole was subsequently extended. The extended period is expiring tomorrow, the petitioner by the present writ petition is praying further extension of said period.

The materials on record does not suggests any situation warranting further extension of period of parole. The prayer is therefore refused.

W.P.A. 6776 of 2020 is dismissed.

The connected urgency application being CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. : CAN 5716 of 2020) is disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
