Mr. Keshari, learned advocate appears for the State. Earlier Mr. Keshari, learned advocate for the State submitted a report which reflects that in connection with Bhadreswar Police Station Case No. 141 of 2021 dated 22.04.2021, charge-sheet was submitted by the investigating authority on 29.06.2022 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Subsequently supplementary charge-sheet was filed on 29.05.2023 under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners approached this Court challenging the FIR. The structure of the proceedings has completely changed after the charge-sheet and supplementary charge-sheet have been submitted before the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the same, I grant liberty to the petitioners to approach this

Court, if so advised, challenging the subsequent proceedings only after the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are made available to the petitioners. So far as the present revisional application is concerned, no interference is called for in view of the observations made above.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1645 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
