The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the name of the petitioner has not been incorporated in the electoral roll on the ground of proof of date of birth not submitted by the petitioner. 2.

Being aggrieved by the order dated March 7, 2026, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal which is appearing at page no. 40 of the present writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible, if the decision will go in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner will be able to cast his vote on April 29, 2026.

In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible.

WPA 9493 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
