Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ application has been preferred being aggrieved by the findings of the Controlling Authority dated 05.01.2026 specifically the findings of the Authority at paragraph 7.7. 3.

It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an application by way of a review has been preferred before the said Authority vide an application dated 22.01.2026.

It is stated that the said application has not been considered and not disposed of by the said Authority till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that the petitioner has approached the Writ Court without approaching the statutory

Appellate Authority and as such the writ application is not maintainable.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner herein shall appear before the Controlling Authority and the Controlling Authority shall consider and dispose of the application dated 22.01.2026 filed by the petitioner herein on giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
