The petitioners complain that the police are not permitting them to construct the boundary wall on the land purchased by them.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits that, there are two civil suits pending and that there are at least six proceedings under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, his clients will make construction on the land, which are not covered by the civil suits. In the facts of the present case, there are two civil suits as well as at least six proceedings under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In such circumstances, the police will ensure that no breach of peace occurs at the locale when the

petitioners are constructing the boundary wall in respect of the land, which are not covered by the two civil suits and by any of the six proceedings under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or any other proceedings that may be filed subsequently. W.P.A. No.10194 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
