Case No. 107 dated July 2, 2021.

The Patuli Police Station has filed a report dated March 6, 2023, which is kept with the record. It appears that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet being No. 167 of 2022 has been filed against the accused persons. Some of the accused persons are on bail.

It is further submitted by the private respondent that the petitioner is also facing investigation in the FIR being Patuli P.S. C/No. 38

dated 02.03.2022, FIR being Patuli PS Case No. 46 and FIR being Patuli PS Case No. 47 dated 08.03.2022. The petitioner is absconding.

The petitioner shall surrender before the Patuli Police Station by day after tomorrow (15.03.2023). In default, there shall be a warrant of arrest against him.

The police shall be at liberty to execute warrant of arrest in default of the petitioner's surrender.

In the event, the police are unable to execute the warrant, they shall apply before the Jurisdictional Magistrate for proclamation and attachment.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
