Galib, Ms. Sujata Ghosh ...for the State The petitioner claims that the status quo and injunction order has been passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampore, Murshidabad in Partition Suit No. 251/2018 on November 8, 2019. Petitioner complains that the private respondents are disturbing peaceful possession of his property.

The remedy of the petitioner is to seek enforcement of the order of status quo before the Civil Court.

The Officer-in-Charge, Nowda Police Station, Murshidabad, shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
