Though the petitioner did not appear when the matter was called on December 14, 2020 and even today also she is not present but for the interest of justice, I am disposing of the writ-petition by directing the respondent no. 2/District Inspector of School, SE, Nadia, to consider and dispose of the pending representation dated January 12, 2019 being annexure P-5 to the writ-petition, made by the petitioner before him for compassionate appointment, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and to communicate the same to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case of the petitioners and the respondent is free to decide the case independently by applying his judicial mind.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 8016 of 2019 is disposed of.
