Re. IA. No. CRAN 2 of 2024, CRAN 1 of 2024 This is an application for condonation of delay for restoration of criminal revisional application, which was dismissed by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 25.4.2016. Heard both sides.

Upon perusal of the application, it is found that the grounds shown by the petitioner appears to be sufficient and satisfactory as such prayer for condonation of delay is considered and allowed.

Let the order of dismissal for default dated 25.4.2016 is recalled.

Revisional application is hereby restored to its original file and number.

Consequently, applications being CRAN 2 of 2024 and CRAN 1 of 2024 are thus, disposed of.

Let the petitioner is given liberty to add defactocomplainant as opposite party no.2 in course of Monday (10.02.2025).

Interim order passed earlier by this Court is revived and further extended for a limited period till 28th February, 2025 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Let the matter appear in the list on 21st February, 2025.

Parties are at liberty to pray for extension and/or modification and/or vacating and/or variation of the interim order upon notice to the other side. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after observing all legal formalities.
