Report reflects that charge-sheet was submitted in connection with Eco Park Police Station Case No.116/2020 dated 09.07.2020 on or about 20.05.2022 before the jurisdictional Court. The present revisional application was filed for quashing of the First Information Report.

Having regard to the fact that there has been change of circumstances, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the learned Magistrate who would be in seisin of the trial of the case to consider the application under Sections 239/ 240 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if so advised, and is filed by the petitioners at the stage of consideration of charges.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 1247 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
