Mr Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the alleged contemner, submits that the solemn order dated September 26, 2022 has already been complied with saying that the District Mass Education Extension Officer, Birbhum by a memo dated April 28, 2023 addressed to the Secretary, Suri Deaf & Dumb School has intimated that the administrative department has already accorded approval towards transfer of the petitioner, Smt. Swati Diolai Das. In view of the submission, I feel that nothing remains to give further order in this contempt application. Accordingly, CPAN No.519 of 2023 stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
