Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 4687 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged murder and in view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
