1. Petitioner is the wife of the opposite party no.2. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of an execution proceeding being MEx Case no.157 of 2024 arising out of ACM Case No. 88 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, at Alipore.

2. Apparently, the interim arrear maintenance allowance remains unpaid on the part of the opposite party no.2.

3. Petitioner filed execution proceeding which is still pending.

4. As the execution proceeding is pending since 2024, it would be appropriate to request the learned Court in seisin of the execution proceeding to endeavour to dispose of the same within three months from date.

5. CRR 1782 of 2025 is disposed of.
