Ms. A. Pandey Ms. Sneha Sing ....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the revision petition. As such, the petitioner does not want to press this matter and prays for liberty to file a proper application afresh.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the self same grounds. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
