The petitioner is seeking release of the retiral benefits of her father, who was an employee of the School of Tropical Medicine, Department of Dermatology, which was admittedly a job under the Government of West Bengal. In view of the provisions of Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the petitioner is required to approach the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal, which is the competent forum.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
