Having considered the materials on record and prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. CRM 6183 of 2020 is disposed of.
