The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up through video conference. CRAN 1 of 2020 (old CRAN 4696 of 2020) is accordingly disposed of. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner as the owner of the vehicle which was used for transporting narcotic substance above commercial quantity, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
