This writ petition styled as a public interest litigation has been filed without making any research on the allegations made by the petitioner in the writ petition. By enclosing four photographs and one e-mail communication, the petitioner cannot expect this Court to conduct a roving enquiry.

Therefore, at this juncture, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same stands dismissed.

However, it is well open to the petitioner to avail other remedies open to him and collect sufficient materials and thereafter proceed afresh, in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
