Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 8756 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance, in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioners file the application before the appropriate forum within 7 days from date, the appropriate forum is requested to deal with the application as expeditiously as the business of the forum would permit.

There shall be no order as to costs.
