It is submitted on behalf of the applicants/petitioners that the petitioners have been put in possession of the fishery in question last night.

Per contra, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that such possession was made over to the petitioners on July 02, 2023.

Be that as it may, since the order under contempt has been complied with by the alleged contemnors, contempt application being CPAN No. 521 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however be no order as to costs.
