On the basis of the statement of the present petitioner additional 284 grams of brown sugar were recovered (after the initial seizure of 515 grams of brown sugar). Ms. Arushi Rathode, learned advocate, was directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority.

The chemical examiner's report in respect of the said seizure is still pending. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as it has been submitted on behalf of the State that supplementary charge-sheet would be submitted. Having regard to the same, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(NDPS)787 of 2026 is rejected at this stage. Petitioner will

renew his prayer for bail after the chemical examiner's report is submitted before the learned special court.

Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
