1. Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There is prior enmity between the parties. Civil Suits are pending between them. Injury does not appear to be life threatening. Keeping in mind these facts, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners, namely, Mohidul Hasan @ Roni @ Rana and Ikbal Sadik @ Ekbal Sadik shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with Signed By :

two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that they shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
