The applicant in CAN No. 1 of 2007 (Old No. CAN 4796 of 2007) is also not represented either physically or through virtual mode even at the time of second call. The petitioner was also not represented on August 2, 2021.

Accordingly, WPA No. 7255 of 2007 along with CAN No. 1 of 2007 (Old No. CAN 4796 of 2007) are dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
