Ms. Maitrayee Chatterjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Pradhan, Amlai Gram Panchayat has already cancelled the tender under serial Nos.1 to 13 of the Notice Inviting e-Tender 10/AMLAI G.P/2024-2025 on administrative ground and as such the writ petition has become infrucutous. She produces a copy of the letter of the Pradhan dated 25th April, 2025 which is taken on record.

Mr.

Rundranil Dey, learned Advocate representing the State also produces the letter of the Pradhan dated 2nd May, 2025 which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 9001 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
