Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the application has been taken out for correcting the name of the petitioner. According to him, inadvertently the name of the petitioner is appearing in the cause title, the correct name of the petitioner would be spelt out as Abul Hassan Molla.

Let this correction be incorporated in the original order dated 19th August, 2020 passed by a coordinate Bench in CRM 5779 of 2020. Accordingly, the present application being CRAN 4707 of 2020 is allowed.
