Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled out of court and accordingly New Town P.S. Case No.425 of 2019 dated October 16, 2019 under Sections 420/406/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code may be quashed.

In view of the settlement arrived at and the parties agreeing to such quashing, CRR 1149 of 2020 is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated March 19, 2020 annexed at

page 68 of the instant revisional application, thereby quashing the aforesaid Police Station Case.

I.A. CRAN 1 of 2020 (CRAN 4678 of 2020) is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
