Heard the learned lawyers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.
Petitioners had absconded for more than 14 years. 3.
In view of the aforesaid conduct, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
5.
The petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court within a fortnight from date and pray for regular bail. In the event they do so, Trial Court shall consider their prayer for regular bail independently and in accordance with law.
