APP ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail after three years one month of custody. Learned advocate also submits that the petitioner is suffering from serious ailments.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for confirmation of the bail, but, is unable to answer this court whether there is any adverse report against the petitioner.

Having considered that the petitioner is on interim bail since 2nd July, 2025, I am of the opinion that the said order of interim bail is confirmed subject to such terms and conditions as was imposed in the order dated 2nd July, 2025. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 522 of 2025 is allowed.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
