2. This revisional application impeaches the order No. 67 dated 25.01.2011 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Malda in Suit No. O.C. (Other Case) 125 of 2003.

3. By the impugned order, learned trial court was pleased to reject the petition filed by the defendant not to admit the general power of attorney into evidence.

4. The order impugned does not manifest erroneous exercise of jurisdiction and does not call for any interference. This application is bereft of merits and is dismissed.

5. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information and necessary action.
