The petitioner's application for transfer was has been rejected on medical ground.

It is recommended that the appropriate arrangement should be made to filling the vacancy that is likely to be created by the petitioner's movement. The School Service Commission has not identified any vacancy till date.

In those circumstances, the School Service Commission shall accommodate the petitioner in three schools identified by the petitioner including 4th one at page 46 of the writ petition.

It is expected that a recommendation for transfer is issued and communicated to the petitioner by the School Service Commission, within a period of two weeks from date, subject to the rules and vacancy.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
