By presenting this writ petition learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that complaint of the petitioner was not transformed into an FIR prompting the petitioner to approach this Court with the present writ petition.

Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 22nd June, 2026 of Inspector-inCharge, Narendrapur Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of the communication dated 22nd June, 2026 are made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent nos.4 to 6.

It is disclosed in the communication dated 22nd June, 2026 that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner criminal prosecution being Narendrapur Police Station Case No.822/26 dated 21st June, 2026 is

initiated.

Therefore, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
