The petitioners allege that the private respondents have raised construction their land forcibly. Denying such allegation, learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the private respondents have sold out the land in 2025.

Be that as it may, the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the civil Court for redressal of their grievance.

The writ petition is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed.
