Khan Mr. Ashok Das ... ... for the State The petitioner is in custody for five years and one month. Examination of vulnerable witnesses is not complete. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial Court is requested to conclude the examination of vulnerable witnesses at the earliest.

Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the trial Court.
