Petitioner made last transfer application on Utsharee portal on 12th January, 2022 on general ground (distance) which was not allowed by the concerned respondent authorities since petitioner was found to be single teacher in the subject in the school. Such denial to transfer the petitioner by the concerned respondent authorities was questioned by the petitioner by filing writ petition being WPA 9413 of 2022 and same was disposed of by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 25th August, 2022 directing the respondent authorities to take steps based on transfer application of the petitioner.

Since petitioner was not transferred in spite of order of the Coordinate Bench dated 25th August, 2022 contempt application being CPAN 358 of 2023 was taken out and same was disposed of by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 1st May, 2023. In the order dated 1st May, 2023 it was observed by the Coordinate Bench that the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) shall continue to make efforts to trace out a suitable teacher to accommodate the resultant vacancy which would be caused due to transfer of the petitioner.

In view of such observation made by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 1st May, 2023, no further order need be passed in this writ petition. Writ petition stands disposed of.
