It appears from the affidavit that the dues of the applicant has been forwarded at her residential address on 9th August, 2021 and the track record shows that the letter accompanying the Pay Order in favour of the applicant could not be delivered as the door was locked. In the event the Pay Order is returned to the alleged contemnor, the same may be handed over to Mr. Guha Thakurta, learned Counsel representing the applicant in this proceeding. In view of the explanations offered for not being able to comply with the order in time and the said explanations are accepted along with the unconditional apology tendered by the alleged contemnor no.1, I accept the said affidavit of compliance and dispose of the contempt application.

The vakalatnama filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.1 is taken on record.
