Modification is sought for the order dated 4th March, 2021.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the pension has been calculated on the basis of the last drawn subsistence allowance and not the last drawn pay or the last drawn notional pay without calculating subsistence allowance.

This Court is of the view that the same cannot be the subject matter of a modification application and there is no reason to modify the order.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
