Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that apart from the co-accused's statement there is no other material available against the present petitioner. All the co-accused are now on bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and submits as follows. The present petitioners were the ones who are running the fake call centre. There are two more cases against them. In one charge sheet has been submitted. Apart from the statement of co-accused there are statements of the landlord of the premises as well as that of a victim. The two brokers who had arranged for the premises to be taken on rent have also made statements. Furthermore, the CDR analysis would show that the petitioner no. 2 was in regular touch with the other co-accused.

Considering the incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioners, as discussed above and in view of the fact that investigation is still going on, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
