1. The petitioner seeks certain information in respect of a recruitment examination which was conducted way back in the year 2009.

2. The Court is of the opinion that the delay in approaching the authority for obtaining information of a recruitment examination conducted more than fourteen years back is fatal and no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The application made by the petitioner is hopelessly time barred.

3. In view of the above, no direction can be passed upon the authority to provide the information as sought for by the petitioner.

4. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

5. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
