The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that a sublease between the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 presented for registration before the ADSR, Bidhannagar has not been duly registered. It appears from the records that the petitioner no. 1 by sublease has transferred a portion of the premises.

By communication dated 28th September, 2020 Bidhannagar Municipality has permitted the petitioner no. 1 and three other persons to use a portion of their land for setting up a saloon for a period of five years. It is specifically mentioned that user has been permitted subject to the terms and conditions of the "lease deed". The petitioner no. 1 has presented such lease deed for registration after payment of stamp duty, which has been assessed by the ADSR, Bidhannagar. The ADSR has not replied to the same.

The petitioner has made representation before the ADSR on 25.03.2021.

In that view of the matter, the ADSR, Bidhannagar being the respondent no. 4 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2021 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
