Petitioner claims that the private respondents are interfering at the time when he is involved in cultivation. To that effect information have been furnished to the police authorities, however the same did not yield any result.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the land referred to by the petitioner is an un-demarcated property and both are co-sharers of the same property. Having considered the fact that the petitioner is also one of the co-sharers as has been admitted in the police report, police authorities would continue their surveillance and as they have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS they would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results particularly with regard to the issue of cultivation when it is carried on in

the respective part of the property belonging to the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9275 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
