It appears from the report that due instructions have been given by the office of the District Inspector of Schools to the Head of the Institution, namely, Sadi Rajendra Narayan High School, Purba Medinipur. It appears that no steps have yet been taken by the Head Master/Head of the Institution of the said school. In these circumstances, the Head Master/Head of the Institution/Teacher in-Charge of Sadi Rajendra Narayan High School, Purba Medinipur shall immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order, process all the pension papers of the petitioner and put up the same on the e-portal for further action thereunder. The petitioner shall approach the Head of
the Institution with all the details and cooperate in filling up necessary forms.
The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the Head of the Institution within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively and mandatorily.
The writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
