The dispute involved in G.R. Case No.43 of 2021 is amicably settled. The de-facto complainant is the father in law of the petitioner. On the last occasion report was called for from the Officer-in-Charge, Cyber Crime Police Station, Howrah Police Commissionerate. The Officer-in-Charge also submitted a report after recording the statement of the de-facto complainant that he does not want to proceed with the aforesaid criminal case on the ground of compromise having been effected between the parties.
In view of such circumstances, the instant application for compromise is accepted.
In view of acceptance of the joint compromise petition, the Trial Court is directed to drop the G.R. Case No.43 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Howrah and the accused/petitioner be discharged from the case.
