Mr. Suprakas Pattanayak, the Inspector-inCharge, Dum Dum Police Station is present in Court. He has filed report dated 29.01.2025 indicating that all steps being taken to protect the petitioner. He tenders unconditional apology.

This Court accepts the same.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Dum Dum Police Station upon receipt of any complaint from the petitioner even on telephone shall immediately depute a constable to enquire into the grievance of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
