It appears that after the impugned order dated March 29, 2007, conversion has been effected and construction has been completed after sanction plan issued by the Municipality. In those circumstances, the order dated March 29, 2007 has become infructuous.

With the above observations, the wit petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
