Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner in respect of Dag No. 831. Learned advocate appearing for the State on the basis of written instruction submits that the police received information of a law and order problem of the locality and attended to it. The police arrested the petitioner under Section 151 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The petitioner was released on bail. The police also submitted prosecution under Section 151/107 of the Criminal Procedure Code against the petitioner.

It appears from the report of the police that the prosecution under Section 151/107 of the Criminal Procedure Code was submitted against the petitioner.

It also appears that there is a civil suit pending between the private parties relating to the immovable properties concerned where there subsists an order of status quo.

In such view, further interference by the writ court is not called for.

WPA 10246 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
