In the instant revision, the petitioner has challenged an order dated 29th January, 2022 passed by the Learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Basirhat in Execution Case No. 359/2020.

The said execution case has been filed by the opposite party for realization of arrear maintenance. The Learned Magistrate by an order dated 29th January, 2022 directed the present petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- towards arrear maintenance allowance in favour of the opposite party. On perusal of the certified copy of the impugned order, I do not find any illegality or material irregularity on the part of

the Learned Magistrate while passing the order in Execution Case No. 359/2020 on 29th January, 2022.

Accordingly, the instant revision being devoid of any merit is summarily dismissed.
