It is reported at the Bar that the suit as pending before the learned Trial Court is on the verge of completion.

Such being the position, learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur is hereby directed to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No. 557 of 2017 positively within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order and the said Court is further directed to record the evidence of the parties in de-die-in-diem manner, if not concluded in the meantime, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either sides.
