This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for allowing the petitioner to participate in the interview for the Group-D post which was scheduled to be held on May 13, 2007. Record reveals that by an order dated 18th April, 2007 the petitioner was permitted to appear at the said interview. Due to passage of time nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.
